Your products are expensive, why is that?

If you think about it, a pack of salad at the supermarket costs around 2 euros. Our portions range from a minimum of 1.3€ to a maximum of 1.9€. And it’s not just lettuce. Is that a lot?

There’s something else you need to consider. What you eat is important because it affects your health, which is why we only use the best vegetables Italy has to offer.

We will never give you something produced in Spain, Brazil, or China.
Quality costs, but it pays off!

Well, we agree with you. The difference is that ours isn’t a supplement. There are no active ingredients, crushed vitamins in a capsule, or chemicals that simulate a proper diet.

The Holus Mediterranea capsule is real food. And there’s nothing inside except vegetables!

We can compress them this way and seal them in this form because we remove the water from the vegetables (which is typically between 80% and 90% water) and chop them up.
This allows us to save space while ensuring long-term preservation.

Consigli per l'uso

Consiglio importante n. 1: inizia piano!

Specialmente se non sei abituato a mangiare verdure, dai il tempo al tuo intestino di abituarsi a poco a poco. Una o due capsule la prima volta, 2-3 la seconda e così via.

Consiglio importante n. 2: bevi!

Le nostre capsule, essiccate con cura, si reidratano nel tuo stomaco. Bevi molta acqua, non far diventare il tuo stomaco una polveriera!

3. Porzione ideale:    mangiarne 6-9 ad occasione ti porta tutti i nutrienti attesi dalle verdure per quel pasto. Ricordati comunque che è un cibo, lascia che sia il tuo corpo a darti consigli su quanto mangiare.

4. Pre-pasto anti-fame:    mangiarne un po' 10 minuti prima di pranzo o cena, ti permette di ridurre l’appetito durante questi pasti.

5. Apri la capsula:    se vuoi, puoi assaggiare cosa c’è all’interno. Si tratta di verdure, ad alcuni il sapore piace, ad altri no. Fai questo esperimento e masticale, o aprile e versa la polvere per insaporire le tue pietanze, e facci sapere cosa ne pensi del gusto!

6. Spuntino leggero:    se la fame ti coglie, mangia qualche capsula per colmare il vuoto. Quante? Personalmente, 6 ci sono bastate per questo scopo. Ma lascia che sia il tuo corpo a decidere, fai qualche esperimento. Invece di mangiare patatine o alimenti insalubri, non avrai fame e starai mangiando verdure!

7. Portale dove vuoi!    con la Bumma Holus, puoi averle sempre con te.

8. Tienile a portata di mano:    le nostre buste sono belle, ma un po' scomode quando si tratta di raggiungere le ultime capsule in fondo. Versale nella ciotola Holus e tienile vicino: ti verrà automatico mangiarle mentre studi o lavori!

9. Non aver paura dell’odore:    aprendo la busta o dopo che le hai conservate nella Bumma, potresti sentire un forte odore di verdure, ma è normale. Se ti dà fastidio, lasciale qualche minuto all’aria aperta o versale nella ciotola, l’odore accumulato sparirà velocemente e le capsule saranno totalmente insapori.

How long do the capsules last?

Like any food, it depends on the method of storage.
If you store them in dry environments, away from sunlight, or even in a protective atmosphere (so without opening the package), they can last for months and months.

The expiration date is indicated on all packages, and thanks to the drying process, it is a veery long one.
